I arrived in Paris this morning at 6h45 and had an unbelievable experience. The plane landed after having missed the runway once - not fun considering my fears with planes, etc! I had to guide myself around the Charles de Gaulle airport which is an adventure in itself, and I thought that I missed meeting my group. But, I made it to the Skidmore Center in downtown Paris, so everything turned out alright.
On the flight, I met a girl from Minneapolis who is also studying for the year in Paris. We made plans to meet for coffee later on!
I am so happy to be here! I cannot believe my dreams are coming true.
